Steve's STREET FOOD BLOG
I live in London, but I travel all over the world for my job. I'm a photographer(摄影师) and I always try the street food wherever I go. For me there's nothing better than sitting in a square(广场) or a park and eating cheap, freshly cooked street food—it's the best way to get to know a country and its people. I started blogging about street food three years ago and now I'm writing a book about street food around the world.
More and more people are visiting Thailand on holiday these days, but most of them don't stay in Bangkok for very long. Big mistake(错误). I come here every year and I can tell you that Bangkok has got some good street food—take pad thai(泰式炒粉), for example. It's very quick to make—stirfry(大火炒) some noodles and then put eggs, chicken, vegetables and spices(香料)—and it's one of the most delicious foods in the world.
I'm blogging in one of Mexico City's busiest parks—and I've just eaten one of the best burritos(煎饼) I've ever had in my life. If you want to make a burrito, use a piece of pancake and then fill(填满) it with beef or chicken and beans, rice, onions, cabbage and so on. So why was this one so good? Don't forget the special chilli sauce(辣椒酱)!
I'm staying with my cousin in Los Angeles and I am blogging from the L．A.Street Food Festival. A lot of people here really like street food and the festival. I come here every summer and now my cousin is eating the longest hot dog and I am having Indian meatballs(肉丸) with green peppers(青椒)! After this we want to try some strawberry juice! Ｋ
