My favorite sport is table tennis. I got a bat of table tennis as a birthday present at the age of nine and since then I have been playing it. I love it for several reasons.
Firstly, table tennis helps build up my body. Every time I play it, I am sweaty, which makes me feel relaxed and refreshed. What's more, table tennis helps develop my mind. When a ball flies over, I have to respond quickly, judge its speed and direction, predict its falling spot, and then hit it back in time.
Therefore, table tennis is a wonderful companion that I will keep all my life.
