Most students believe that there should be immediate rewards for making efforts. For them,any feeling, thought or progress, either positive or negative, can be a kind of “reward”. Itcan motivate us to better complete our tasks.
Others, however, argue that the goal of making efforts is to enjoy the process instead ofthe result. For example, parents make great efforts to raise their children but want nothingback. All they want is to keep them company as they grow up.
As for me, people cannot receive immediate return after doing work. For example, artisticperformers keep on practicing hard every day, even if they might not receive a quick return.If they only cared about money-related rewarding, there’d be less real art.
