I have some questions before your arrival so that we can make your visit go smoothly. First, could you please share your schedule of the visit? So we can get prepared for it accordingly. Next, we will offer both Chinese and American food during your visit. So please let us know if there is something that any of you are allergic to. Finally, please let us know other special requests you might have.
