Volunteering at the swimming competition for Special Olympics had special ___1___ for me because experiencing it helped improve my leadership skills, my character, and support my community.
First, my leadership skills developed when I ___2___ directed each swimmer where to line up at the platform and ___3___ each player when they needed to swim.
