Alex Vardkostas spent his child flipping (快速翻转) burgers at his parent’s restaurant in Southern California. It was, he recalls, a repetitive and uninteresting task.

The robot’s 350 Sensors (传感器) and 20 microcomputers help make sure that every burger is perfect.
