考点3：分数和百分数的表达法
1.分数的表达法
在表示分数时，分子要用基数词,分母用序数词；如果分子大于1，分母序数词必须用复数。
例如: 三分之二two thirds四分之一one fourth/quarter 十分之八eight tenths

2.百分数的表达法
       百分号用percent 表示，没有复数形式，常与介词by搭配，表幅度。
例如: 6%读作：six percent       0.68%读作：zero point six eight percent

       3. 主谓一致问题
"分数/百分数+of+名词复数"作主语时,谓语动词要根据分数或百分数后的名词来决定。
(1) 分数/百分数+of+名词复数作主语时,谓语动词要用复数形式;
例如: About two thirds of the students in this class go to school by bus. 这个班大约三分之二的学生乘坐公共汽车去上学。
(2) 分数/百分数+of+不可数名词/名词单数"作主语时,谓语动词要用第三人称单数形式;
例如: Three fifths of the water in this area was polluted. 这个地区五分之三的水被污染了。
